1. Introduction
At Springly, respecting your privacy is a core principle. Springly is a photo sorting app that works entirely locally on your device. We have no servers and never access your photos.
2. Photo Access and Management
Springly accesses your photo library only to display your photos so you can sort them. Swiping left deletes a photo. Swiping right keeps it. Deleted photos are moved to your device’s "Recently Deleted" album and remain there for 30 days, following your phone’s native behavior.
We never copy, upload, store, or transmit your photos. Everything happens locally on your device.
3. Data We Collect
Springly does not collect any personal data, photo content, or identifiable information. We have no way to see or access your photo library.
4. Analytics and Anonymous Data
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) solely to analyze anonymous usage of Springly. Events sent contain no personal data and no photo content. They include events such as app opens, number of swipes, or feature usage.
This data is used only to improve the user experience and is never used for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data. The only information shared consists of anonymized usage statistics sent to PostHog, acting as a data processor.
6. Security
Your photos and local data benefit from your device’s native security protections. No photos or sensitive data are transmitted to external servers.
7. Your Rights
You can manage or revoke Springly's access to your photo library at any time from your device settings. You can also remove all app-related data by uninstalling the app.
8. Changes to this Policy
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Any changes will be published in the app or on our website.
